Terms and conditions

- No cancellation with refund and / or credits will be accepted 7 business days, or less, before the date of the show. 

- Cancellation will be accepted 8 days or more before the date of the show. For refund, you will receive «credit Bzishows» which can be used for your next registration (we will not be able to give cash refund). 

- For any cancellation, change of date and any other modification request of registration, an administration fee of $ 75 will be charged. 

- If a show is canceled by the institution itself or due to bad weather, or any other reason beyond our control, BZI Shows cannot be held responsible for the cancellation. No refund will be accepted. The event will be postponed to a later date. If the new date is not compatible with your schedule, you can cancel your registration and get a credit which can be applied to the next round of shows. 

Confidential information:  

All information (dates, costs, flyers and other documents) related to the events organized by BZi Shows Inc remains the exclusive property of the latter  and should, under no circumstances, be disclosed to any person or entity that may come into conflict (directly and/or indirectly) with the services of Expositions Bzi Shows Inc. 

Note regarding all Governmental Shows:  

- If you wish to invite a co-worker to a governmental show, It is mandatory to identify his/her name, otherwise, his/her access to the show might be refused by the security guard. 

- It is forbidden to leave the show in order to meet a client in his office or laboratory unless you get permission from the security guard.
